High Confidence Malicious GenAI Assistant Response

Detects a GenAI assistant response that a security_ai classifier scores as
high-confidence malicious content. The rule requires a high prediction from
one of four models: refusal, encoding, word obfuscation, or hash string.
ES|QL COMPLETION then reviews the response and drops likely false positives
before an alert is created.

### Investigating High Confidence Malicious GenAI Assistant Response

A security_ai classifier scored this assistant message above 0.98, and the
completion model returned verdict TP with confidence of at least 0.9.
`Esql.prompt_body` is the text the completion model reviewed. `Esql.summary`
is its one-line reason.

### Possible investigation steps

- Read `Esql.prompt_body` and the full `gen_ai.output.messages` reply.
- Check `security_ai.refusal.output_messages` to see whether the model called
the reply a refusal. A confirmed TP on a refusal snippet needs a manual read.
- Compare `Esql.summary` with `security_ai.encoding.output_messages.decoded`,
 `security_ai.word_obfuscation.output_messages.strings`, and
 `security_ai.hash_string.output_messages.strings`.

### False positive analysis

- Benign sample tokens and commit SHAs in an otherwise normal answer can be
confirmed by mistake. Read the reply before rotating credentials.
- A completion model may refuse to score a reply that repeats an attack and
return no verdict line. Those events do not alert here.

### Response and remediation

- If the reply contains a secret, a hidden prompt, or the result of an ignored
policy, treat the session as compromised and review what was returned to the user.
- If the reply is a normal refusal, this rule should not have alerted. Capture
the completion summary and tune the endpoint prompt before adding an exception.
